La posizione centrale, vicino a tutte le attrazioni che ci interessava vedere. Pur essendo in pieno centro era silenzio.
La scala molto ripida che portava direttamente all’appartamento, alcune gravemente scheggiate e quindi pericolose. Appartamento di generose dimensioni, luminoso con arredamento adeguato. Bagno anch’esso fatto bene con ampia doccia.

Emplacement exceptionnel. Tatiana au top pour l'accueil. Appartement lumineux. Très propre et cocooning..franchement on y retournera.parking a l'extérieur mais tres proche et pas cher.au top.je recommande ce lieu
Puisqu'il faut dire les choses en toute franchise. L'escalier pour monter a l'appartement même si il est tres court est un peu raid mais ca vaut le coup..

Central position, great, beautifully furnished apartment
We arrived in the evening on a very cold rainy day and the heating and hot water was off! We were freezing!
Lift and then narrow stairs leading to the flat, not for families with small kids or people with mobility problems.

La dislocazione del locale è sicuramente ottima, dato che è ubicata nel centro di Sanremo.
L'accesso all'alloggio è problematica per via dell'ultima rampa di scale con gradini di altezza eterogenea non conforme allo standard dettato dell'ingegneria civile. In sintesi è una rampa di scale di tipo medievale. Un'altro appunto che devo fare sta nel fatto che a questa ultima rampa si accede previa apertura di un cancelletto che, in caso di incendio crea sicuramente difficoltà nelle operazioni di evacuazione dell'immobile. Devo altresì rimarcare la difficoltà nell'utilizzo del bidet dislocato troppo vicino al water e ad un muretto.
