The key code was issued on the day of arrival. Having a digital code for the main property door and apartment door avoided the need to carry keys around. This was great given we were skiing and didnt want to have additional things to carry (or lose!). The apartment was fantastic - perfectly equipped for a short break. The room was warm, the bed very comfortable and the kitchen had all we needed and more. Cleanliness was excellent. We had a couple of queries that were very quickly answered by the host. I would highly recommend this property -we will be back
