L'Appart du Quai - Centre ville, Port, Nausicaá

L’appartement est idéalement situé, avec une superbe vue sur le port et à deux pas de tous les commerces et restaurants. L’hôte est extrêmement réactive. Le logement est spacieux, très confortable et d’une propreté irréprochable. On s’y sent immédiatement bien ! Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Fantastic location with beach, aquarium, bars and restaurants a short walk away. The apartment itself was very spacious, clean and relaxing. Tastefully presented with a great view overlooking the river. The owners were very responsive and helpful.

The WiFi was quite slow, averaging around 5 Mbps, which made it a bit frustrating at times. There was also an unfinished load of washing left in the washing machine upon arrival. The toilet roll holder wasn’t securely mounted to the wall and kept coming loose, and both toilet seats wouldn’t stay up, which could be inconvenient for males. Additionally, there’s no direct lift access to the apartment level. While a coffee machine is provided, it would have been a nice touch to include some coffee capsules for guests. These are all relatively minor issues and does not take away from the fact that this was overall an impressive apartment. These are just constructive feedback for the owners, as they are quick fixes that could make the guest experience even better.

Le confort de l'appartement - spacieux, équipements de qualité, décoration moderne et chaleureuse. Très bonne literie. Vue sur le port et à proximité de tous les commerces et restaurants. Hôte très réactive et facilitante pour que le séjour se déroule au mieux.

Le stationnement devant la résidence n'est pas toujours aisé et l'accès au parking peu intuitif. L'immeuble est assez grand et il est nécessaire de suivre précisément les indications fournies pour trouver l'appartement. Attention l'accès se fait pas les escaliers ce qui ne conviendrait pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Very spacious apartment in the center of Boulogne-sur-mer, recently modernized. Everything is at hand with 2 bedrooms, including adjacent bathrooms. Easy to reach with lockbox etc. Received good restaurant recommendations from owner. Owner tried to accommodate solution for lack of cleanliness (see below) but given we stayed over in a weekend, it was not able to solve our problem. Very good communication & support.

The apartment did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly or at all (dirt in a lot of spaces, dirt in shower, crumbles on kitchen top etc.). Only the beds seem to be changed. Owner did ask for pictures to prove and (probably) challenge cleaning company.
