Clean, modern, spacious, great location. Easy self check-in and parking, directions provided were very clear. I must admit I was a bit concerned at first since at the time of writing this there were no other reviews and payment was processed separately, not through Booking's platform. But everything was great! And parking included! Our 2 bedroom apartment had plenty of space, coffee (Keurig) provided. We were on the fifth floor and our balcony was very nice and private since there were no other balconies next to us. Easy uber to downtown, or honestly you could walk it (wether permitting) if you're not in a hurry. The surrounding area had plenty of restaurants (Hattie B's is a short walk away!) Comfortable beds and clean linens.
One of the dispensers (bath gel) was out, we had extra soap with us so it wasn't a problem but it would be nice if those were refilled to the top for each new guest.

The apartment was clean, just not very homey. No decor or pictures on the wall
There were several things like the empty salt shaker, no tea (the ad said the room had tea specifically), in the master bedroom the fan is set to summer and there was no switch that we could see to change it to winter so the air would be pushed down instead of up. Also, since there is no place to put one's toiletries in either bathroom, it would be helpful to have a small table.
