Ήταν πολύ κεντρικά και ήταν ιδιαίτερα άνετο και καθαρό με μεγάλο σαλόνι, πολύ καλή θέρμανση και εύκολο πάρκινγκ κάτω από το διαμέρισμα.
Δεν είχε αρκετές πετσέτες (πετσέτα ποδιών), είχε μόνο ένα χαρτί υγείας, καθώς επίσης δεν υπήρχε και σίδερο ρούχων όπου αναφερόταν στις παροχές

Apartamento muy cómodo en general.
Terraza espaciosa.
Baño muy bien.
Cama y sofá cama bien.
Se encuentra en calle con tiendas, restaurantes y supermercados.
Se puede aparcar sin problema en las calles de alrededor.
Le falta un microondas, y alguna bayeta, paño de cocina para poder recoger cuando usas el horno o la vitro.
No se puede limpiar tras el uso.
Solo tres vasos, y dos cuchillos.
Falta menaje en la cocina.
El columpio una chulada, pero a la espalda tiene un enorme ventanal que da a la escalera comunitaria, olvidate de usarlo con intimidad.

Sehr gute Lage, Ausstattung eigentlich ganz gut.
Die Wohnung war nicht gereinigt, zum Beispiel waren noch Honigreste vom Vormieter auf der Küchenplatte oder Zahnpastareste im Bad. Auch an anderen Stellen hat man bemerkt, dass längere Zeit nicht geputzt wurde beziehungsweise manche Ecken vielleicht nie.
Wichtig ist auch noch zu wissen, dass das einzige Schlafzimmer nicht wirklich ein separates Zimmer ist, sondern von Wohnbereich nur abgetrennt wurde und damit keine Fenster nach außen besitzt.
