The accommodation is excellent—very close to both the train station and tram stops. The room is clean and fully equipped, especially the kitchen facilities, which were very convenient.
However, I have one concern regarding the check-in process. When we arrived, we were unable to enter the building and had to call the hotel’s call center to request check-in. Only then were we provided with the access code via email.
It would be much better if this information could be shared in advance before arrival, as the current process caused unnecessary delays.

The room is very clean, though quite small if you have luggage. Towels smell fresh and clean. The hairdryer is not heavy-duty but still manageable. Complete with kitchen amenities. Coffee machine / electric stove / microwave/ kettle / utensils, plates and pan
Staff were very responsive via email. You need to submit identification on their website, and they will send you a code for self check-in—there’s no reception, which makes it very convenient for late arrivals as long as you got the code.
Just next to train station in Glatbrugg. Very accessible. Very clean. Good value for money.
