About this house rental

Dragon's Nest - Newly remodeled Bodega Harbour home with great views, and perfectly set up for the remote worker. Equipped with 4 work stations, 3 monitors, and super fast wifi (easily able to accommodate 4 concurrent video calls). 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nice views, open, light floor plan sleeps 6-8. Master has a king, second bedroom has a king, third has 2 sets of bunk beds, both top, and bottom of each is a full size bed. Great front deck with nice ocean views, large private back deck area, with gas BBQ, and gas fire pit. Short walk to club house, and trail to Doran Beach, takes about 5 -7 minutes to get to the sand. Large flat screen TV in the great room, YouTube TV service, free wireless internet.

Sonoma County TOT cert #: 1526N, License #: XXXXXX, Permit #: Exempt, Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 7 AM, Max vehicles: 4, Max Occupancy: 8, No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.
