If you're looking for a chilled holiday not far from the popular resort of Ayia Napa, then look no further. Ionion Seaside Villa is a stunning example of a traditional Cypriot villa, boasting a stylish terrace with a natural stone patio, filled with olive and palm trees. Sunbathe in style whilst using one of the palm trees for a light spot of shade, or enjoy a dip in the 8x4m pool to cool off from the midday sun. As an added benefit, this beautiful property also comes with a fenced pool, wrap-around garden and off-road parking.
Doors leading from the terrace take us indoors to the open-plan living room and kitchen. This cosy room, with neutral colours, comes fully equipped with all the latest cooking appliances, air conditioning and a flat-screen TV offering a variety of channels. Bedroom one also resides on the ground floor, complete with bunk beds, a single bed, air conditioning and sliding patio doors with easy access to the terrace. Upstairs, we find the remaining two bedrooms, one is a master double with an ensuite, whilst the other bedroom offers another bunk bed alongside a single bed.
A short 15-minute drive takes you into the very heart of the ever-popular resort of Ayia Napa. With medieval architecture, local museums, an impressive shopping scene, and bustling nightlife, there'll be plenty to do for all generations.
