The open floorplan of this vacation rental includes a well-equipped kitchenette, a pub-height table for four for meals or game nights, and a living area with a plush sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV all ready for streaming your favorite channels. You'll also find a washer/dryer to help you stay on top of your laundry during your stay as well as central air conditioning and high-speed internet access.

A great find. This unit has amazing private off street parking in a huge driveway. There is truly lots of value at this price with everything you'd need curated for the stay.

Loved the walkability to beach (2 miles) and 17th restaurants and grocery (1 mile). Large bedroom and bath for such a small apartment. Very good response from Vacasa when questions arose.

Had a little snafu upon move in. The place was not clean due to some kind of miscommunication with the cleaning crew. Had to stay one night at a hotel which was reimbursed by the management company and they provided a credit for the cleaning fee as well.
Communication with the management company was frequent, but every person I spoke to I felt like I had to explain to them what was going on. They seemed willing to help, but really felt like too many people involved with me in the middle. All in all, it was a great location. When people move into the place above this unit, be aware that the noise will be noticeable. I had a family with kids that liked to run everywhere between Christmas and New Years. Sounded like a herd of elephants coming through for a few days.
