House in perfect location in Great Ayton. We found it spotless, welcoming and had everything we needed for our stay.

The location. It is central to local shops, pubs / bars and restaurants. The bedrooms and the lounge are also welcome spaces.
Nothing to dislike. Only comments are that the kitchen could do with a few more items eg a few more mugs and oven trays and there could be better mirrors in both bedrooms.

Fabulous location, cottage was cosy and warm.
There was some noise disturbance from the adjoining property, which is a cafe by day. Sadly didn't get a good nights sleep.
