I live alone and have a large room. There is a kitchen with a microwave, a kettle and the required crockery and cutlery. There are also some seasonings, such as oil, salt and black pepper.
The living room has a sofa and a TV.
The bed was comfortable and well-shaded.
The location is good; you can walk to the train station.
The steps to the bed are too high, especially the first one, and it is easy to fall when going to the toilet at night.
The toilet has no door and only a curtain.
The place for fixing the shower head is a bit broken, and there is no shower curtain for the bath, so water splashes all over the toilet when you take a shower.
The dining table was not very well finished; it was very angular and scratched my clothes.
The house is on the ground floor and faces the street, but the curtains for privacy are not closed as the dining table blocks them.
All in all, there is a lot of room for improvement in the details.

Endroit vraiment trop bruyant.
Situé au RDC, on entend les gens qui passent le soir : rires, cris, véhicule
Mention spécial aux voisins qui ont fait une fête au dessus. Impossible de dormir.
