From the location of the house you can reach the training ski lift, the ice field and the Roland Arena of Lantsch/Lenz in a few minutes. Skiers and snowboarders can reach Lenzerheide with its numerous skiing possibilities and the summer sports facilities around the Heidsee in about 10 minutes by car.
In our new renovated flat with open kitchen you can enjoy your holidays. The flat consists of: 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom with shower WC, 1 separate WC with washbasin. The kitchen is fully equipped. The light-flooded living room is fully furnished. The highlight of the flat is the beautiful view from the balcony.
- Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen - an additional bedroom (1-2 persons) on the same floor with direct connection to the flat can be booked additionally with the landlord - two parking spaces available free of charge (1 garage parking space / 1 outside parking space) - snow clearance is taken over by the landlord - in consultation with the landlord, the use of a washing machine/tumbler is possible in the laundry room of the house.
