Wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku. Od samego początku Obsługa Pensjonatu bardzo miła i pomocna. Pomimo bariery językowej, udzielono nam mnóstwa wskazówek, na każdym kroku mogliśmy liczyć na życzliwość, zrozumienie, oraz sympatyczną atmosferę. W samym pokoju czyściutko, schludnie, wszystko tak jak trzeba. A widok z okna i balkonu na przepiękne jezioro otoczone cudownymi górami, to coś czego długo nie zapomnę. Jak najbardziej polecam pobyt w Hallstatt Lakeside Top 5, serdecznie pozdrawiam i dziękuję za udany pobyt 😊

The location was absolutely stunning . The balcony overlooked the lake and the views were a feast for the eyes ( see photos taken from balcony ) The room was basic but very clean . Shower was excellent and a good size.

A couple of sachets of coffee and a few tea bags would have been a nice, cheap much welcomed touch .Mugs and a kettle were provided however no spoons.

The accommodation is in a convenient location overlooking the lake and the center of Hallstatt. Great view from the balcony. Good:Showerhead and water pressure, mattress.

In spite the great view,we were disappointed with this accommodation. Very overpriced for the bare room, almost no amenities provided- just the kettle and hairdryer, not even spoons or couple packets of tea/coffee( even thought its called apartment and a cleaning fee is charged). Dirty scratched walls. Sad looking towels. Sound insulation is poor, with thin walls,late at night we could clearly hear the people in the hall/stairs /room next to ours. Weak WiFi kept turning off. Room lights kept turning off every 10 minutes, we were told it's was on the sensor, but we were in the room and moving all the time, really ridiculous. Ants crawling on the balcony and even on the desk .
