That it had both washer and dryer in unit. The machines were very good and efficient. Having a dryer is not common.
The rule on “no noise” past 10pm was quite strict. I understand there are neighbors both above and especially below. Seems unreasonable to never come and go or use the bathroom middle of the night.

- Very pleasent flat, feels like a real home, had really everything we needed

- The city of Rennes has great vibe, we stayed for a week and could stay more
- Some problems with the water drainage in the shower
- Not feeling the host, yet it's good if you like not to be disturbed
