Die Lage und der Ausblick sind unschlagbar. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man ganz einfach zu Fuß erreichen. Etliche Restaurants sind um die Ecke. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und da die Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus sind, bekommt man auch nichts vom Trubel auf dem Platz mit. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich.
Die Einrichtung könnte mal modernisiert werden, vor allem das Bad und das Sofa, das extrem klapprig war. Das WLAN funktionierte kaum. Die Küche war eher spartanisch ausgestattet, was für kürzere Aufenthalte ok ist, bei längeren aber etwas problematisch sein könnte.

The location and size of the apartment are great. Here you are paying the view mostly and it is worth it. It is comfortable and I'd suggest to reserve parking space as well even if it is 28 euros per day. Garage is conected with the apartment directly via elevator. But you are located at the city center and I am not sure that easy parking is possible. Also check out is till 11.00 and you can use parking space till 14.00, that is also an advance.
The kitchen facilities could be better but we have stayed just for one night and it would be challenge if we've stayed couple of days. Cleaness could be much better as well wi-fi in sleeping rooms.

Видно, что некоторые вещи в номере уже не новые, но весь номер очень чистый. Вид на Frauenkirche просто завораживающий. Идеальное расположение.
В одной из спален не работал термостат. В кухне было 2 штопора и чистка для овощей, но ни одного разделочного ножа :)
