Bristow's Barn is a gorgeous listed thatched property, sympathetically renovated last year and very well designed with the comfort of both humans and dogs in mind. The views over the quiet fields are just what you need for a relaxing break away in the Norfolk countryside. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom help multi generations enjoy a holiday together. Unlimited dogs are welcome to stay free of charge.

A fabulous property, very clean, spacious, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and everything you need for the dogs. Wonderful welcoming tray and fresh flowers. Excellent location for local walks and nearby beaches are only 15 minutes in the car. Plenty of supermarkets in the locality plus farm shops. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and would love to go back.

Our second stay at this lovely property. Lovely peaceful location and fully secure garden for the dogs. Love that all the East Ruston Cottages are truly dog friendly and no limits on where dogs can go in the properties! Would recommend this property.

This is an outstanding property … exactly what was needed for our large party + 4 dogs. We had an impromptu ‘dog agility’ event in the spacious garden (soon overtaken by two small children!) and the dining and sitting areas are perfect for a large party. Walks from the door and dog friendly beaches only 10 minutes - what more could we ask for?

This was our second visit to Bristow’s Barn and we have stayed in seven other ERC’s. Another great week was had by all of us and the barn was everything we wanted again. We love the location as it is so quiet but also a short drive to the coast and shops.
