Guest has full exclusive access to the lower cabin & all listed amenities. Closet off the laundry area is locked for cleaning supplies. Guests do not have access to the garages or the high deck located off the upper garage studio. Upper garage studio may or may not be occupied during your stay.

Good to Know Before You Book:
· Landscaping, Spa & Pest Control: Our landscaper visits every other week, spa weekly and pest control is scheduled monthly. We do our best to avoid scheduling these services during guest stays, but exact timing can’t always be guaranteed.
· No Parties or Events: To ensure a quiet and respectful environment for all, we have a strict no-party policy. Violations may result in cancellation and removal from the property.
· Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras with audio are in use on the property.
· Booking Requirements: Guests must be 25 or older to book, provide a government-issued ID, sign a rental agreement, and pay a refundable security deposit (up to $500). Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.
· Guest Responsibility: By booking, guests agree to accept full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during their stay.

Checkout Instructions
- leave used linens on bed
- place used towels in washer
- place dirty dishes into dishwasher & start a load
- let us know of any issues (i.e. bulb out, broken mug etc.) so we may fix/replace right away
- send a note to let us know once you've left & safe travels!

Please remember that you’re staying in a home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, please let us know & we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
