About this bed and breakfast
Brand new built home w/ designer finishes & top of the line upgrades throughout. Great natural light, exposed pine ceilings, accented with black metal touches gives this modern loft an excellent feel. equipped w/ full sized chefs kitchen, Quartz counters, gas cooktop & seating bar. Located just steps to fine dining & coffee shops. Walking distance to Puget Sound, Marina, Ballard Locks and popular Market street. Less than 5 miles to DT Seattle, University of WA & Pike Place Market.
Full size washer & dryer and powder room on main level. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each room. Master bathroom has vaulted ceilings, heated floors and spa like shower. Please note, the space features a stand-up shower only—no bathtub. Step out of the french doors off the kitchen to a peaceful court yard that has lots of seating on the deck, gas fire pit and overhead string lighting for relaxing evenings. Home is a smart home with voice controlled lights and music through out the home.
Home has high-speed fiber internet with smart television w/ access to Netflix and Amazon TV.
Good to Know Before You Book:
· Landscaping & Pest Control: Our landscaper visits every other week, and pest control is scheduled monthly. We do our best to avoid scheduling these services during guest stays, but exact timing can’t always be guaranteed.
· No Parties or Events: To ensure a quiet and respectful environment for all, we have a strict no-party policy. Violations may result in cancellation and removal from the property.
· Security: For your safety, exterior security cameras with audio are in use on the property.
· Booking Requirements: Guests must be 25 or older to book, provide a government-issued ID, sign a rental agreement, and pay a refundable security deposit (up to $500). Deposit to be processed by host on guest's credit card.
· Guest Responsibility: By booking, guests agree to accept full responsibility for any accidents or injuries that may occur during their stay.
Checkout Instructions
- leave used linens on bed
- place used towels in washer
- place dirty dishes into dishwasher & start a load
- let us know of any issues (i.e. bulb out, broken mug etc.) so we may fix/replace right away
- send a note to let us know once you've left & safe travels!

Excellent property in great condition. Great location with easy walking to downtown Ballard, yet quiet and peaceful at the property. Basically everything feels brand new. Easy communication with the owners, everything as advertised. Will stay again.
