About this house rental
This stunning 4,000 square foot home sits on over an acre of private wooded land. Centrally located near the Washington State Fairground, shopping, dining, and freeways; you can choose to go out on the town, or cozy up near one of several fireplaces and forget the world exists. If you're in the mood for an adventure, you'll find hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails just a short drive away.
The property features magnificent windows throughout, a tropical atrium, three living room spaces, three fireplaces, a private gym, and a luxurious soaking tub in the master bathroom. Outside you'll find a large pagoda complete with fire-pit and grill, several small trails that weave throughout the property unveiling hidden swings and play areas, garden space, and a several mile long walking trail accessed just beyond the back fence (with an unbelievable view of Mount Rainier).

We 100% recommend this beautiful home! We were in town for our daughter's wedding. All of the Bridesmaids, their family, and our other adult kids stayed here. It was important to our daughter to have enough space to be able to spread out and relax before the big day, but still be in one central location. This large home was the perfect choice!
We had an unexpected extra guest and the communication with the host was prompt and amazing! She was extremely accommodating and kind.
There are a lot of personal touches inside this home that make it very lovely and unique! If you have very young kids that are really handsy or messy, this might not be the prefect choice for you.
The only minor things we noticed were a lack of ironing board and iron. There is a good possibility they were tucked away in a corner we didn't check! We thankfully brought our own just in case. The dishes in the kitchen felt a bit random for such a lovely place. There's a lot of coffee mugs, but not enough of some dishes and silverware to accommodate for a large group. We had packed our own champagne glasses for those morning mimosas!
The office space is a twin cot with a decent mattress and a queen airmattress. I missed that part online when booking and just wanted to mention it. It worked out fine for our guests.
Again, 100% recommend and was so grateful to find this large home that made the weekend even more memorable!

This was a great choice for a vacation rental for my friends and I since we split our sightseeing between Olympia and Seattle. The location is very close to a highway that takes you straight to i5 in less than ten minutes. The location is also super close to a mall, Fred Meyers, Costco and restaurants. While it is very conveniently located it still feels very private. You get to the property through a quiet neighborhood cul de sac and then the property has its own private driveway, giving you that much more privacy. I cannot emphasize how important the location was to my friends and I. It made the weekend feel so much longer since we didn’t spend too much time driving when we would explore the area because everything was so close!
The inside of the home was true to the posted pictures, was bigger and more spacious than I expected, and had a very clean and serene feeling. The kitchen was stocked with k cups and all the necessities. The beds were all very comfortable, and the linens were clean, new, and comfortable.
It was so easy to cook meals and take them outside under the covered gazebo. Even while it was raining my friends and I would eat outside under the gazebo- listening to the spring rain, and hearing the birds chirp was worth eating outside for almost every meal. My favorite part of the stay was doing morning yoga in the atrium, it was such a peaceful way to start my morning.
I don’t think I can find anything that I would change about my stay!

Such a beautiful property! We loved staying here as it’s tucked back in its on little secluded spot! Loved exploring the surrounding nature and trail right behind the property. Great spot for family’s as there is a ton a safe fun spots for little ones! There’s also a beautiful back gazebo area for hanging out with others or snuggling up with your SO after the kids are in bed!
The inside of the house is modern and gorgeous and feels glamours inside!
My favorite part of the house was the master bath 😍
There we no problems with the host, checkin or check out or anything. We truly enjoyed this place and the host and would stay again in a heart beat!
10/10 recommend for families, couples, or singles! A great spot for anyone!
