The bed was comfy, food was Delicious 😍 hotel stuff was nice, room was clean! Shower had enough strength, and I cannot fault it! Only minus was that the walls were thin, and you could hear surroundings quite a lot. But otherwise I would’ve stayed another night!

The location is excellent. Rooms are good, but policies are strange.
Got a suite for the first night, then had to move to a double room for the next two nights because suites weren't available.
Actually, my suite was available for the second night but reception said I could not do a paid upgrade because my booking was through a 3rd party website.
The receptionist asked. Me to change rooms. I said okay. Then she said oh, uou have to pay for early check in.
I said but I checked in yesterday, and you are asking me to change rooms, and then you want to charge me for an early check in today? She finally agreed.
I requested the head of reception if I could have some water to drink in the room. He said our policies only drinking water in the suite rooms.
I laughed, and said ok, I won't drink water then.
The double room doesnt have a fridge. I am diabetic and need a fridge to store my insulin. Mentioned it to the head of reception, but he mentioned my rooms won't get a fridge.
Strange. And funny that the staff refused revenue and kept the suite empty. Owners please note.
