Really convenient location. Good for a short stay.
Not the cleanest but wasn’t the end of the world. Doors slamming but again not a problem the staff can deal with.

The room was clean and modern. The location is very convenient with easy access to public transport and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were good.
Sometimes the room was a bit small, and the internet connection could be better.

Great position (close to the tube station, bus stops, mini-markets and restaurant)
Not particularly clean (especially the laundry room): the picture shows the mass of dust that was in a corner of my room.
Rooms were not well furnished (even of basic cooking stuff or even a broom).
There has been a mistake during my check-in that surfaced only by pure chance: they had assigned me the wrong room and as a result, I had to move mid-stay. If it hadn’t come up by chance, I probably would’ve had someone get in my room while I was there, or get my stuff kicked out while out.
Nothing was done to make up for the mistake.
