Very good location and beautiful street and building (see pictures in the description). Close to the city center and bus stop to Minack theater, Land's end and coastal walks staring points; 12 min of walk (most of which along the main street with shops) to the railway station; several minutes to a sea promenade. Great value for money. Easy check-in with the code box.

The two flights of stairs the second being dangerous, not recommended for anyone with hip or just walking problems. You would struggle to get up second flight, and dangerous for going down. The bed was very low and too soft. The shower completely unsuitable if you are slightly larger than average.
