Villa sijaitsi hyvin: lähellä oli hyviä ravintoloita ja erilaisia kauppoja, hyvä pitseria ja vihannes- hedelmäkauppa lähinnä. Kolmen kerroksen kokonaisuus oli hyvä; nuoret ylös ja aikuiset alemmalle makuuhuonekerrokselle! Hienoa pyykinpesukone! Ilmastointi toimi todella hienosti! Saatiin makuutilat viileiksi ja oleskelutilat normaaliksi ! Yöllä tuloa helpotti jääkaapissa olevat tuoremehut ja murukahvi kestomaitonappeineen! Pieni uima-allas oli tosi mukava! Nuoret saivat leikkiä 12 vuotiaita! Rannalle löytyi nopea suora reitti!
Kierreportaat : sopiva leveys, ei haitannut vaikka oli kapea, mutta portaiden korkeus liikkumisrajoitteiselle varsinkin alaspäin tuleminen vaikeaa, kankeaa! Paistinpannu välimerellinen, ostimme puulastan, mutta paistetut kanamunat eivät meinanneet onnistua!
