My Mother and I stayed whilst attending a wedding. The staff were very friendly and helpful giving my mother a room on the ground floor. They helped with directions and general info. There is free parking to the rear.

We were just in Alnwick for one night and the White Swan was perfect for us. Great location with good parking and walking distance of everything. The rooms were basic but all we needed and clean and nice and warm. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the maritime historic elements of the hotel was very interesting. Overall we were very happy and would definitely stay again when in the region.

Enjoyed a lovely weekend break at The White Swan. Great value for money with breakfast included. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and everything we needed. Only negative was our room just needed alittle updating.

Breakfast (on the Olympia!) was great and staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms have all you need, although no minibar, but not the most comfortable bed or pillows and a significant cold spot next to the window. No USB plugs and not enough / not well located 3 pin options. Overall, a touch overpriced for us but a fab location for Alnwick and surrounds.
