L’emplacement : 10mn de la gare et 10 mn de la mer! L’appartement est dans son jus! Charmant quand même. Bien équipé
L’accès 1 seul jeu de clefs sachant qu’il faut 1 clé pour la porte d’entrée 1 clé pour l’ascenseur et 1 cle pour l’appartement? Et quand on est 6 c’est compliqué L’accès aux 2 petites chambres du haut est sportif! L’escalier étroit et raide Quelques soucis de fuites d’eau

Posizione ottima! Vicina al centro, al mare e alla stazione ferroviaria! Casa un po' antica (i rubinetti del bagno più vecchio perdono un po') ma tutto rimane funzionante!
Qualche piccola rifinitura alla casa potrebbe aumentarne ancora di più il valore!
