Great location. Ample space. Good kitchen. Great value.

Would be great if it was clear what keybox to use. The video shows it, but referring to the video while at night and scrolling through it while on the street was less than ideal. Also if the door into the unit could be labeled with a unit number as well, that would be great. We weren't sure which door to unlock. We could figure it out from watching the video yet again, but some text instructions related to the physical world would have been great. In addition to that, the water pressure in the shower is below what I would consider acceptable for a booking like this. Fine for our time there, but uncomfortable.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und hat zwei Schlafzimmer und einen großen Wohn-Küchen-Bereich mit Esstisch. Die Heizungen funktionierten einwandfrei, sodass man trotz der kalten Temperaturen die Schlafzimmer super heizen konnte.

Für 4 Personen nur 1,5 Rollen Klopapier finde ich für 4 Tage/3 Nächte etwas wenig. Im Wohnzimmer war es häufig etwas kälter, weil aus dem rechten Fenster, aufgrund der Undichtigkeit, Luft nach innen trat. Gegenüber von der Unterkunft ist ein Club und am Wochenende kann es im Wohnzimmer etwas laut werden, uns hat es aber nicht gestört.

It is 3 flights of stairs up so carrying suitcases upstairs was tricky

Mobilio mal messo (armadio senza un anta, comodino con cassetto rotto ecc) Impossibilità ad utilizzare l’armadio nella seconda camera a causa del letto matrimoniale che occupa praticamente tutto lo spazio. Tostapane inutilizzabile per via di ruggine e sporcizia, le posate e le tazze lavate al nostro arrivo perché erano state lavate con superficialità. Sporcizia varia dietro al letto della cameretta, probabilmente non è mai stato spostato per pulire. Queste sono le problematiche maggiori.
