Location and room are great. Unfortunately the check in process was bad, we had to wait outside the door and couldn’t get a hold of the host. The AC also did not work. Still overall good value

the room is fine, just like the pictures. But the building is plain ugly. There is no elevator, and the entrance is dark and dirty. But the rooms inside are good and clean. And the location is great too. There is no staff, and communication is slow and should be improved. I didn't get any instructions to enter the property and I had to wait 30 minutes in the street for them to respond.
