Beautiful! Great apartment, perfect for our family of 5, cute town away from the hustle and bustle of Ortisei area or Cortina area. Walking distance from apartment to 2 grocery stores, several restaurants, bike rentals, tourist information, and cable car up to Alpe de Siusi. Do not need a rental car, bus passes from Erna are perfect to visit other towns close by like Castelrotto, Ortisei and Val Gardenia with the numerous access to gondolas and hiking trails. Rental car only necessary to travel farther distances to Cortina and beyond. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

Lovely appartement with little garden in center of Seis am Schlern. We walked to the cable lift. Supermarket amd terrasses are a few minutes walk. Kind property owner Erna, helpfull when you needs tips what to do. Good equiped kitchen and two great bathrooms. Super environment for walks and biking.

We stayed in Siusi for a week — a family with two kids 6 and 8. The apartment is clean, cozy, convenient, close to the village center, and as we discovered, to the ski lift, the bus stop and a playground that our kids insisted on visiting at least 3 times a day.
Erna was extremely useful, friendly, and provided us with a lot of valuable information, not to mention the bus passes valid for all of South Tyrol. We brought a car but we were smart to follow Erna’s advice and left the car in the garage dedicated to the apartment. Throughout our stay we used the bus passes from Erna and were able to visit everything that we were interested in, from Bolzano, to the nearby Castelrotto, to the more distant Bressanone, to the quaint Ortisei with stunning views on top of the mountain.
The apartment is fully equipped for the needs of a family. It’s very clean, the space is optimized in a very intelligent way, and the wooden furniture seems custom made in an appealing Alpine style.
Overall, this is a great place in a great location, managed by a great owner. We highly recommend it.
