About this house rental
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Our home is right at the top of Broad St., a short walk down to bars, restaurants, coffee shops etc. You can also go for a beautiful hike along the Deer Creek on the Tribute Trail, right from our door. The house has three bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two upstairs. The living room and back porch are great for hosting and enjoying quality time. Small well trained pets are allowed after discussion.
The space
Our beautiful historic Victorian home was build in 1890, it’s very well taken care of and preserved. Gorgeous, bright and spacious main living area with furnished big back porch. Fully equipped kitchen with French door into the front yard with seating areas and blossoming flowers. Beautiful spacious master bedroom with king size bed and temperpedic mattress is on ground level. Next to it is full bath with shower. Upstairs we have two beautiful queen size bedrooms with temperpedic mattresses and one full bath with shower and bath tub. Plenty of closet space. Extra bedding. We take pride of high quality luxury sheets and hotel quality pillows. Soft and firm available. The entire house is very bright with plenty of sunshine. Live plants. Nest thermostat and cooling system. Alexa speaker for music. Best location ever in the heart of historic neighborhood attached to down town. Trail system the Tribute trail few minutes from the house. We also have lovely and respectful neighbors.
Guest access
You have access to entire main house, very beautiful front yard with furniture and decorative garden, back porch with dining table and day bed, driveway. You can also visit the backyard. You will receive door code and instructions from us the day of checking in.
Other things to note
We have another unit on the property with separate entrance with a very quiet tenant living in. She is a young woman who is very respectful, works most of the day. You wouldn’t probably even see her and will not hear her at all. She doesn’t park on the property. She walks down the driveway to the other side of the house to his unit. She does not have any access to the main house. We have a great relationship with her. She has lived there a long time.

The downstairs shower was totally inoperable. There were neighbors places that gave directions on the very “tricky“ shower as far as the adjustment of hot water was concerned. We followed them to a tea and never was able to have continuous hot water for a shower. At the most, we were able to get About a minute and a half of hot water for a shower. Completely unacceptable for a BNB/VRBO stay. Other than that we enjoyed it except there was no microwave no TV and no modern amenities like that that we are used to.
