A modern and equipped flat located in the heart of Koukaki and 10 minutes of walking to the Acropolis Museum and metro station. The flat is also conveniently located 600m from Syngrou Fix metro station and a 10’ ride/drive from the city's seafront and the cosmopolitan Athens Riviera! An excellent choice for a convenient stay in the most vibrant, central & historic part of Athens! Fully equipped & air-conditioned, wifi and washer / dishwasher!
Our 50m2 apartment is located in Koukaki, one of the hippest areas of central Athens and just a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis area or a 6 min walk to the new National Museum of Contemporary Art. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 persons in one double bedroom, one double sofa bed and an extra single bed in the living room. Both areas are air-conditioned and have access to separate balconies. The flat offers one modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. There is a fully equipped kitchen to prepare any meal of the day and a dining table suitable for 4 to 6 persons (as the table can be extended).
Our flat features two cute balconies, an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks.

The flat is located in the hippest central area of Koukaki, just 600 meters of distance to Syggrou metro station (or 1km from Acropolis metro station) offering easy access to Athens International Airport, Piraeus Port or the seafront of Athens. It is also located within short walking distance from the Acropolis Hill, the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis archaeological sites.
The area offers a wide choice of Greek and international restaurants, bakeries and takeaways, stylish cafes and cocktail bars, art galleries and a very vibrant day & night life.

• National Museum of Contemporary Art: 500m (6’ walk)
• Acropolis Museum: 1km (12’walk)

Lovely spot, near to the subway and to lots of restaurants including the 24/7 bread factory which was one MVP of our trip. Only removing 1 star because the day we arrived there was no handsoap, shower supplies or replacement toilet paper in the building so we had to russle some up. There was a tiny drain clog in the shower that a quick maintenance will surely fix. Our host helped us with a same-day drop off of some supplies later that evening so we were well taken care of. We also had some back and forth getting the correct wifi details. A written card with those details in the apartment would solve that 100%. Overall a solid jumping off point for our trip; we're happy!

I loved my stay in this apartment! Beautifully clean, a decent size, and nicely designed space located in a peaceful street in a great neighborhood that is walking distance from the Acropolis with tons of great restaurants. All communication with hosts was prompt and extremely polite. Even after my flight was delayed Nikos was patient and kind and went above and beyond to ensure I accessed the apartment easily. Perfect place to stay with everything I needed thoughtfully provided. I hope to book it again one day - and wonderful there is a nice electric piano tor guests to enjoy. Thank you!
