About this house rental
Surrounded by nature and in a remote spot, the Lux is one of our most new builds and is truly breath taking.
The cottage has a very warm feeling to it when you enter from the main porchway. The bright colours and open feeling is matched with all the modern comforts, including underfloor heating, a bespoke German designer kitchen and two beautiful en-suite bedrooms.
The Lux is spacious and bright throughout, the master bedroom enjoys a luxury king-size bed, stylish furnishings, a modern en-suite shower room and a Velux windows to the side of the bed to allow light to flood into the room.
The second bedroom contains two lovely single beds and also enjoys the benefits of a modern en-suite and a Velux window.
The main living area contains a beautiful, modern kitchen, dining area and a sumptuous sitting area with 50 inch, wall-mounted smart TV, the whole room is bathed in a lovely light from the Velux windows throughout giving a bright and cheery feeling to this delightful room.
French doors lead out to the spacious garden area with furniture, an ideal spot to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets we are lucky to have in the Ribble Valley.

Wonderful new build. Hard to locate as we were looking for the street name and went by the gate about three times. Once in we didn’t want to leave. Very comfortable, clean and quiet.

Probably the best property we've ever stayed in, everything provided was of high quality and great attention to detail on the furniture and fixings.
For example, sockets at a good height in the bedroom with USB fixings. The shower rooms backed on to the other bedrooms but were so quiet not to disturb anyone in an adjoining room. The mattresses were great !
The owners were so friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home, even if just for a few days :)
