This spacious two-storey villa accommodates up to 8 guests and features two bathrooms, two bedrooms on the ground floor, and a generous private suite on the upper floor.
Ground Floor – Living, Cooking & Relaxing
The open-plan living area is divided into a bright dining space with a modern kitchen and a cozy lounge with a fireplace, flat-screen TV, and coffee table.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and includes:

The modern sofa is perfect for relaxed movie nights. Entertainment is provided via a flat-screen TV with satellite channels (800+ stations), DVD player, and a wood-burning fireplace – ideal for cozy evenings, even in cooler seasons.
Three state-of-the-art air conditioning units (Combi systems) ensure ideal indoor temperatures year-round – cool in summer, warm and comfortable in winter. Our stay was very nice and location is fine but in november there is a lot of shadow in the garden and the house is very cold in the evening. The contact with the owners was very good. They react very fast when you have aan question.

The house was very modern and clean. The guarden with the bbq area was perfect for late dinner. We had a wonderful time in Denia and will be back soon again. We can absolutely recommend this home to others!
