Clean, tidy and very well equipped. A great location for exploring the New Forest. Lovely friendly host who made sure that everything was just right. The garden was beautiful and the hot tub made it extra special.

Hot tub was great as was the location.
Hosts are lovely genuine people who really want you to have a good time.
Mattress feels like it needs renewal(roll together) and towels were very rough(but would be more than happy to take our own).
With a new mattress we would 100% stay again.

we were greeted by caroline who was so lovely and welcoming. she showed us around the annexe and how to use the hot tub, and even had some takeaway menus if we wished to order any (the pizza place is nice). the hot tub was spotless and closed off from sight, and the garden is beautifully decorated as is the annexe! the bathroom was spotless! honourable mention of the books by the bed, i loved it. my partner and i had the best time here and would absolutely stay again.
