The design, decor and amenities. The staff are exceptional and the restaurant and bar is amazing, highly recommend.
Accessing the reception area - the signs can be clearer and perhaps the space could be away from the bar, to avoid traffic and confusion. But the staff are great and help ensure that the whole experience is pleasant.

We had an enjoyable 3 nights here. It is such a unique style of accomodation that has really thought of all the little details. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and our room had everything we needed and more! It’s also right outside the metro train station so it was very easy to get around.
Very minor but the shower kept going from hot to luke warm so it was hard to get an enjoyable consistent temperature. The price to use the washing machine/dryer also felt expensive and you had to top up a minimum of 20€ to use it, the dryer kept stopping during the cycle and would re-charge us to start again.

I've been to Paris 3 times before this trip, and this was my best stay so far! From the easy and smooth self-check in, the room being available way before check in time to the staff and welcome drink!

Location just few walking distance from metro 13 and 14. Modern apartment. Facilities: gym, locker for leaving luggage after checkout, working space, bar. Moving around with the elevator. Fridge works very well.
Not many cheap supermarkets mearby. Bed position and overall accessibility is pretty bad. Pillow too soft. Kitchen equipment very very basic.
They advice to turn the kitchen hood before cooking: still a light cook activated the fire alarm, and they panicked phoning, coming into the room, telling to stop cooking, we had to open the window (which was supposed to be broken btw) and the door (no privacy)... Not sure people manage to cook 'normally' in those lofts..
