This place was in the center of town, but also with plenty of parking space nearby. The host was lovely and it was easy to coordinate for keys for check-in and check-out. Each of the living room, kitchen, and the bedroom were spacious. Everything seemed to have been recently renovated and exactly as shown in pictures, which is accurately reflected on the accommodation's score. The living room was especially handy when I had to work out of the accommodation, and the speedy internet was handy. The host is a local with great local knowledge about the history of town and great recommendations for the local eats, which enhanced my week long stay in Latina.

Welcoming and helpful hosts, spacious apartment, lovely balcony off kitchen with views of extensive shared grounds. Superbly comfortable bed. appreciated the washing machine and efficient shower. Beautiful artwork. Very close to town centre and walking distance to the hospital.
Single glazed windows in a period property meant it could be noisy until the early hours of the morning. Not booming music, just sounds of late night revellers. Dogs and their owners congregated outside for a few hours each evening but were not intrusive.
The toilet flush is temperamental but it does work. Keep finger pressed down until it slowly starts.
