Central good location. Car park is just around the corner. Lots of eateries around it. Large property with a well stocked kitchen.
Bottom bedroom is cold but the extra heater helped. So is the cloakroom as you can’t close the window fully there. No terrestrial tv.

Great place for our large family long weekend - spacious, comfortable and welcoming. We love to cook and appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. We all commented on the high quality linen and towels. It is suitable for young children and we also loved the massage chair!
It was a bit of a trudge with all our luggage etc from the carpark and up the many stairs. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Fantastic location right in the centre of Matlock, lovely bars and cafes with in walking distance. The apartment was really well equipped, had everything you could need

Great location, great facilities with many things thought about.
Lots of helpful tips dotted around to help with a smooth experience. Anything you wanted to do had a little mini guide.
The accomodation was plenty spacious and very comfortable.
The lower level.bedroom was a little cooler than the rest of the property, though that had been thought about as an extra radiator was available in the room to plug in of needed.
The welcome package was a very nice touch.
The path that leads to the property and the stairs are worth mentioning. The stairs are pictured in the ad. Not a a big problem for the mobile but almost certainly an issue for the less mobile.
The rain had made the path a little slippy so extra care should be taken and having a torch handy for nighttime is helpful. Phone torch was adequate.
