Everything was new and very clean. Furthermore, it was a good place to bring your dog.
We had to climb a very steep ladder to enter the bed and the bed was so close to the ceiling that it was quite difficult to get in. For children and other short and flexible people this should not be a problem but for most tall adults and most 50+ people it is not a practical construction. I would advice the owners to put the bed on the floor instead of the sofa.

Nice accommodation, close to the shops (Germany). Bed relatively comfortable. Heating was good. Good size television with streaming facility.
Bathroom was small and the actual toilet a bit wobbly. A broom and dustpan was provided so there may have been the expectation for us to sweep, if so a Dyson stick vac would be better. The accommodation would also be improved if there was a small microwave. Not much headspace in the loft to be able to sit up.
