I stayed in a double room at B&B Hotel Napoli and was very pleased with the space and comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and included a lovely balcony, which was a great bonus during my stay. The hotel is located on a busy street, so there can be some traffic noise, but the shutters did a good job of blocking most of it out, making it easy to rest comfortably. One of the highlights of this stay was the staff — they were exceptional. They provided helpful advice and recommendations for local travel, which made exploring Napoli much easier. I also really appreciated the 24-hour front desk, which added convenience and peace of mind, especially when arriving late or leaving early. Overall, this was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would happily return.

I stayed at B&B Hotel Napoli twice during my trip — first in a double room, then in a single room when I needed to extend my stay. My initial double room was great. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious enough to relax after long travel days. I was very pleased with the space and overall comfort, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. However, when I extended and moved to a single room due to availability, the experience was quite different. The single room was significantly smaller and felt somewhat awkwardly configured. The toilet was extremely close to the wall, the window shutters couldn't fully open because the sink blocked them, and the TV view was partially obstructed by the closet. It felt like the space had been made to work, but it ended up feeling cramped. The staff remained great and the room was clean, but I did feel somewhat claustrophobic in the smaller room. Overall, I would recommend the hotel — especially the double rooms — but I would suggest travelers consider room size carefully if comfort and space are important.

The best thing about this hotel is all the staff. The breakfast is a must-try. The rooms are clean and standard, and the beds are comfortable and clean.

Floor tiles a-bit old, making the rooms look old and dirty. But the toilet seems to be renovated but the water pressure can become small suddenly. Should renovate the whole room as a whole instead of leaving it half done.
