Location was unreal! The amenities and pool were lovely! The kids had a ball with the pool. Sandy at the front desk COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER!

cosy and quaint, quite small rooms but sufficient for our stay in a triple room, my friends from the USA anted to know where the lift was to the 3rd floor :-) but it was good exercise to start and finish the day, not a problem. staff at reception wonderful and friendly, beds so comfortable and warm and able to open windows for some fresh air.
the bathroom could have been a bit larger, a big fat person would have had problems moving in and out

Great location easy to walk to all the sites. Big room with 2 twins and a coach and desk. We had 2 large windows that open and look out onto the street. You check in at the Basletor Hotel across the street and it is also where the pool is. It is only about 9 minutes walk to the hotel on the same side of the River as the train station.
