Location was excellent, 5 minutes away from cable car station Maiskogel, 2 minutes from good shopping mall, in the center of Kaprun.
Nice breakfast options.
Spa area very nice and clean, good indoor swimming pool. Spa divided for naked zone.
Little bit hard beds.
The reception check-in was very unprofessional, we didn't get any details about our stay. So i came back to ask lot of questions (spa opening, breakfast times, etc.) The ski-snack possibility We only noticed on the last day of the stay, nobody told us. No information about parking, they called me second day that I have to park to another garage floor.
50€ Deposit for electric kettle and bathrobe is like from 90'.
Food during dinner was not freshly cooked (except of fish). Meat very dry and slightly cold. Looks they cook it a few hours before serving. But presentation of the meals and all you can eat salad/desert bar was nice.

Great Breakfast, beds were great just the bedding could have been a bit upgraded especially the pillows and the third additional bed fall apart under our 12 year old son.
The third additional bed fall apart under our 12 year old son. Also our friends only 2 people in the room, they had 2 rooms and both have been allocated a larger room then 3 of us plus our dog in the room causing a bit of a discomfort.

There are few workers in the hotel and they are used in more than one job, example The one who cooks eggs for breakfast is the one who work in room Service & clean your room

I have stayed in the hotel for about a week. The breakfast is very ordinary and the same items are served every day،
As for dinner, it is much worse than breakfast. My stay in the hotel consisted of breakfast and dinner for a week, but after I tried dinner on the first day, which was bad, I did not attend dinner on the other days, although it was paid.
I booked a suite and the view was bad, the view of the rooms is much better than the suites, I asked to change my room from a suite to a normal room, and they responded to my request on the second day of the stay, but unfortunately they downgraded the room type and did not compensate me not financially or even they did not give me Anything like the rest of the hotel, such as a coupon for a massage, an invitation to lunch, or free parking, nothing at all
