The room was nice but my things I disliked:
- had a half of a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom
- was only provided 1 towel; no hand towel or wash cloth

The facilities are great, new and modern, very complete with gym,yoga studio,games and tv room, laundry etc.
The window opens just enough to fit a hand through,, it gets stuffy. The bed is not super comfy, there was just one very thin pillow although I got another one once I asked for it, there were no cleaning supplies and I stayed for 2 weeks - cleaning was definitely needed. I manage to get a sponge and dish detergent. I think a piece of paper with instructions would have helped, like how to use the oven, the heater, where to take the trash etc.

Nice and clean place. It was very modern and felt safe. It is a short distance to most touristic places, approx. 25 min to walk.
1. We were not told how to find the keys. We spent 1 hour on check-in. We didn't receive a message from the host and we think it must have been a technical challenge. A kind student and employee helped us. The host must ensure that information about check-in reaches the guest.
2. The host should ensure that the correct number of towels and pillows are in the room.
