We loved everything. Our little one was especially thrilled by a few goodies left especially for her by a staff member who was preparing the room (crayons, colouring notes, kids shampoo and gummy bears). So thoughtful! Little things make you happy ;)
Very big bathroom (don't remember when was the last time we saw a big tub AND a walk-in shower in a hotel bathroom.
The breakfast was enough, but mind you, you order freshly cooked scramble, omlettes and pancakes with the waiting staff. All perfect and made of excellent quality ingredients.
The staff was super helpful and nice. And last but not least the location, the castle, the surroundings.... Stunning. We'll be back!

The setting and history were great- the restoration and renovations were in tune with the building- definitely an experience stay. The restaurant menu was fantastic- good selection of routine and exciting dishes, and well executed. Staff were very helpful and eager to assist. Rural area meant that English was clearly a second language (but better then my German) and English menus etc were available. We would definitely make the effort to comeback if ever in this area of Germany.

Superb hotel. Beautifully renovated old castle in extensive grounds.
Excellent romantic dinner in very stylish vaulted dining room.
Clean and comfortable room and modern bathroom.
Everything perfect!
Couldn't be better, the hotel suited all our requirements.
