Location of the hotel is right in the middle of the city center. Staff are very helpful. Cleaning was okay. But the hotel itself is very old and uncomfortable. Reasonable price for less

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Hotel location is very convenient, a short walk from the train station and walkable to most attractions. Hotel room is clean and bright. We booked the family studio and it was spacious for 3 pax. The kitchenette was surprisingly well equipped. Kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven, stove hob, cups, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, utensils were all available. The breakfast was also very thoughtfully prepared, with freshly warmed bread, jam, butter, honey, Nutella spreads, cheese, fruit, yogurt and hot drink. It was quite substantial and my family enjoyed it. All in all, Hotel Tor was very good value for us and we enjoyed our stay. Many thanks to the wonderful hotel staff!

• Kitchen is small and difficult to cook in.
• Uncomfortable pillows and worn-out mattresses.
• Room condition poor — run‑down, outdated, and not matching website photos.
• Bathroom very old, small, and uncomfortable.
• Noise issues and no breakfast buffet (only in-room service).
• Awkward entrance café area with clientele blocking the way.
• Facilities overall feel antiquated and in need of renovation.
