Location was a 5 min walk from the city center.
It had a really nice view out of the window, overlooking the fortress and old church.
It is renovated.
The overall location is ok, but the area is just a bunch of abandoned looking buildings. The building itself is old, needs a lot of maintenance and love. Granted this is probably not the apartment owners responsibility, but you should know where you will stay. For one night its ok but I wouldn’t do my vacations there. It also smells a bit off.
The kitchen is equipped but the fridge had a couple of leftover eggs, bread, cream and a bottle of wine or champagne. Not very nice.
One of the windows has a mosquito net but the other does not. Because the building is located next to a river, in the night there were a million little insects glued to our window. Also, next to the river is a highway with a lot of traffic noise that you will hear if you have the windows opened.
The entrance to the bathroom is also wierd. You go through a balcony to get to the bathroom. Ok in the summer, probably not in the winter.
Also, parking. There is parking maybe around 100 meters down the road. It was full and the other options where private parking (didn’t ask the price) or a steep stone narrow road towards the old town.
