The mattress was a little bit to soft for me. But not bad at all. I just like firm mattress

Proximity between the beach and downtown was great. yes you had to drive everywhere, but everything was 15 minutes or less away. It made scheduling activities versus beach time real easy. The AC was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The hosts were very helpful.
Washer and Dryer were new and great. Hot water was plentiful.
It is a 2 bedroom so anything more than 4 would be snug. No pool, but that is not an issue if you are not worried about it.
You should be informed that this is a residential neighborhood. again, not an issue if you are not planning on late nights.
For a family of 4, it was not an issue for us. My wife would have like one more bedroom to separate our children but for short week, it worked.
