Very nice place. Amenities state there is a hot tub and fire pit but could not locate either one. Would definatly recommend location.

House had a great set up! Property manager was WONDERFUL!! Alli out up with all of my crazy questions and didn’t make me feel like I was a nuisance. The house was comfortable and well laid out. Had a private dock to keep the boat we had rented. Will definitely be back!!

Overall I would rate the stay as okay at best mainly for the stay. When it came to the dock, would rate more towards the poor side as this is the main reason I got the place. Prior to getting it was requested if it would accommodate a 26’ boat with a needed depth of 3.5’ minimum. Was told that yes it would be fine. I asked knowing that the level is slowly dropping for winter pool. When trying to navigate in slowly, the water was getting too shallow several docks down before deciding to turn around after seeing the bottom mud churning while prop trim was almost all the way up and depth too shallow. We ended up having to pull the boat in and out of the water each day at the marina due to not having a dock. We were supposed to get another dock due to the issue but never heard back from anyone.
