About this house rental
This newly renovated duplex will most certainly meet your needs! Located on the 2nd floor of our duplex property. The home can sleep up to 4 people. The bedroom has a queen size bed, following the second bedroom which has a twin size bed.
The property is conveniently located 8 minutes away from Cedar Point, 5 minutes from Downtown where you can find the ferry to the islands, restaurants and shops!
2 bedrooms with a queen following a twin size bed, stocked kitchen, 2 Roku smart TVs and also includes a washer and dryer.
1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3. Please remove shoes in the house.
4. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.
5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

We stayed in August of 2024. The inside is great, very clean, missing a few things like ice trays, hairdryer and oven. But you can make do. Comfortable beds. The layout is great. We put a child in the living room in the couch and used the dining room as our hub. My biggest complaint (and this may be my fault, I know there weren’t pictures of the outside) is that it’s a dump. I was certainly glad we had the second floor. Not only was the outside a dump and in a bad part of town. It’s on the main drag and impossible to sleep with all the noise. We used ac, fans and white noise from our phones but still not a great place to get any sleep.
