Sandpoint City Beach Park is less than a mile from home. The Sandpoint Farmers' Market and your choice of restaurants, cafes, and bars are within walking or biking distance.

Whether you're hosting a barbecue, soaking in the hot tub, or just gathering around the firepit, the backyard is your own private oasis to enjoy any time of day.

Inside, you'll find a well-appointed stainless steel kitchen and an inviting, open living area with room for the whole family. Relax on one of the sofas to stream shows and movies on the smart TV or just connect to the complimentary in-home WiFi to browse the web and upload the day's photos to your social media accounts. A collection of board games are also provided for some old-school entertainment. Thoughtful home additions include a Pack-N-Play, a baby gate, and four adult-size bicycles. A private washer/dryer rounds out the modern home essentials.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
