About this house rental
Just a five-minute walk from the Nugget outdoor amphitheater, Great Basin Brewery, and all the vibrant offerings of Victorian Square, your vacation home is ideally situated for easy access to concerts, local events, and I-80.
Relax in the charming screened-in patio, the perfect spot for sipping your favorite drink and enjoying the fresh breeze with friends. For a spa-like experience, unwind in the beautiful clawfoot tub—a favorite among our guests for its classic charm.
Step back in time with this beautifully renovated 1912 craftsman, featuring new LVP floors, stainless steel appliances, and custom doors, all while enjoying the modern luxuries we`ve come to love and expect. The home has three bedrooms and one bathroom with a Jack and Jill layout, meaning the bathroom is only accessible by walking through one of the adjacent bedrooms. This cozy floorplan with a vibrant front yard is great for families!

This is a historic neighborhood, established in the early 20th century. More information is available in the nearby Sparks Museum, but the majority of the houses were for the railroad workers.
The city of Sparks has identified this area as a key investment initiative, so in the past few years several new apartments have been built next to the movie theater, shops, and dining activities. There are also several public transportation options nearby.
Walking distance to Tesla and Panasonic employee shuttle.
No Pets: This is a strictly no-pet property. If an animal is brought onto the property, a $250 fine will be charged if animal waste is not properly picked up and disposed of.
No Illegal Activity: No illegal activity, weapons, or illicit drugs are permitted on the property.
Security Cameras: Tampering with exterior security cameras or engaging in illegal activity on the premises will result in immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your reservation.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit and anywhere on the property, including front and back yards. Improper disposal of cigarette butts on the property is also prohibited. A $250 fine will be charged for any smoking violation, in addition to professional cleaning and repair costs.
Furniture & Appliances: Please do not move furniture or appliances from their original placement.
No Open Flames or Grills: Open flames, candles, fire pits, or grills are not allowed anywhere on the property.
IMPORTANT: Violation of any house rule may result in immediate, non-refundable cancellation of your booking and require the property to be immediately vacated.

This is an older home that has been totally remodeled.
The outside is as beautiful as the inside.
Very spacious, it was a perfect fit for my family.

Good area with everything as advertised! Checking in was streamlined and easy with no hassle or waiting. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. Always responsive to questions and needs. Everything is infant friendly. The house has everything one needs without being cluttered. Highly recommend, we had a wonderful stay!

House was like a Marriott hotel suite. All rooms were neat, clean and very warm. Very close to the event we were attending.
