This adorable 1 bedroom/1 bath condo sits perfectly on Ol River with views of both the river and Gulf from private balcony. Small condominium complex allows for peaceful stays with outdoor pool overlooking the river. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and community outdoor grilling area with new charcoal grills. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and a parade of boats from the second story gazebo or from your own porch. First come, first serve wet boat slip parking available with $50 fee per night, trailers cannot be left on property. Please contact me for more details if interested in boat parking. This is a lovely unit and perfect for the two of us. Great location being close to the pass by boat and FloraBama by car or foot. The owners were wonderful to rent from. We will absolutely stay here again.
